I have a bachelor's degree in English language and culture from the university of Groningen. I also have a propedeutic degree in teacher training. During my studies, I chose to enrich myself with performing arts such as improv comedy and theater.
Experience
No specific tutoring experience yet, but I'm eager to learn, though I have had an internship of half a year at a high school. I want to be a tutor because I think it would be an enriching experience and it would be a breath of fresh air in the subjects that I have loved for a long time. Other impressive items from my resume include two improv comedy courses, that really changed my life for the better. On a side note, though I do not have a degree, I am really passionate about pronunciation. I take pride in the fact that I have fooled non-native speakers and native speakers of (American) English into believing that I am a native speaker of (American) English. I consider this a unique skill that I can teach you, and will make you stand out in more than one way.
